
I have been through a few ups and downs since my last visit.
My kid got a horrible stomach virus that we fought for an entire week
and then more drama at work....we were told that all freelancers are now
only allotted 29.25 hours a week! (Thank God for the 0.25???) That's seven hours less than the average.
Oh well. At least it's not zero, right?
So what does all this have to do with this blog?
Knowing that food is so closely related to our emotions it was quite a challenge keeping it together these past few days. Worried sick about my kid, worried about losing my job...
I think I passed. I only cheated one time! All other days I stuck to three meals.
Like I mentioned earlier in the blog, I consumed almost all my calories at night after I got home from work. After dinner, I would eat large amounts of chips and for dessert I would have a candy bar almost every night! I had to ask myself:
What was I really trying to fill?
So I started this blog to see if I can figure this all out...
